Events on the farm!
Harmony Farms offers farm events which include: Week long summer programs, sewing classes, and hands on farm classes. If you have a large number of participants and would like to plan a private class, please email: tara@littlehouseonharmonyfarms.com

Farm Summer Camp ages 6 and up
A one week program that runs from 9am-1pm Monday through Friday
WEEK 1: June 23rd to 27th
WEEK 2: July 28th to August 1st
Your child will have so much fun learning about and spending time with farm animals, playing games, and making handicrafts!
Each day we will focus on a different farm animal from our farm including alpacas, nigerian goats, angora goat, chickens, and pony. We will have baby animals throughout the summer as well so your child may be able to snuggle a baby goat or chick. We will even go on an alpaca hike!

Sewing Summer Camp ages 8 and up
A one week program that runs from 9am-1pm Monday through Friday July 14th- July 18th and July 21st- 25th.
There is no prior sewing experience necessary!
Participants will learn everything from how to use a sewing machine, putting on zippers, buttons, cutting out patterns to finished products. Each project will focus on a new skill. In addition to sewing, they will be able to spend time with our resident farm animals including baby goats, and alpacas.

Hatching Baby Chicks! Oh My!
The class is 3 weeks and meets on the following Tuesdays: May 20th, May 27th, and June 3rd from 10:00am to 11:00am.
This class is open to all ages. Please note that it is not a drop off class.
During this 3 week class, we will learn how an egg transforms from a seemingly simple egg to a chirping chick, and then to a full grown hen or rooster. We will learn how to care for both chicks and full grown chickens as well as the benefits of having chickens.

Sewing Lessons Ages 8 and up
This is no ordinary sewing class of make and take projects!
In this class, the students will learn the entire process of sewing starting with cutting out the pattern with fabric to sewing it into a completed project. Each project will focus on a new skill. This class is meant to be a progressive class where the students will learn the process of sewing from raw materials to completion. They will be cutting fabric, learning to use a sewing machine, pinning, measuring, using patterns and so much more. This class is a 6 weekly classes are held on Mondays, Fridays or Saturday mornings.

Apparel Adult Sewing Class
In this 7 week beginner sewing class, we will choose your fabric, cut out your pattern, sew all of the pieces together to create a garment to wear.

Birthday Parties!
What better way to celebrate a birthday than at our farm located in Higganum CT!
Birthday parties at the farm are 1 1/2 hrs and include a guided farm tour, a creature feature highlighting one of our many resident animals including alpacas, Nigerian Dwarf goats, angora goats, chickens and ducks. At certain times of the year, we also have chicks and baby goats. The best part is we setup and clean up, provide paper goods, table cloths, games, and goat milk soap party favors. You provide food, drinks, and cake.

Goat Snuggles! (COMING SOON!)
Relax, refresh, and snuggle some goats! You will get to snuggle and play with our loving goats in this 45 minute immersion experience.
